We met with Ms. Lorraine Martinelli, Chairperson of the Central Oregon High Desert Chapter of the 99s.
The local Chapter is part of a national group of female pilots established in 1929.
Ms. Martinelli was part of a team that recently painted the Compass Rose at the airport and today explained how it’s used.
