Ranch Matters caught up with Jefferson County Commissioner, Wayne Fording on the job today.

Fording commented on Tuesday night’s election results along with his campaign plans. He is thankful for those who voted and pleased that he along with Kim Schmith will advance to the November election. Fording also stated he’s hopeful things will be a “little more normal” and allow him to campaign more efficiently in the coming months.

Fording plans on campaigning on the Ranch and is eager to hear residents thoughts and concerns.

During the Covid Crisis, Fording discussed how he and his colleagues along with business owners/citizens worked hard to get the County reopened under the Phase 1 Plan.
