On August 25,2016, while investigating the theft of our political signs-NO ON 2, we learned that the Ranch was in possession of our stolen signs and concealed them in the BONEYARD. Only a few signs were returned and later attempts to enter the BONEYARD to retrieve the remaining and unaccounted signs triggered threats of arrest.

On October 5, 2016, we emailed Ranch Director Hamilton-Flory regarding accessing the BONEYARD. No Reply.

On October 5, 2016, at 8:13:56 PM, received email response from President David Palmer.

On October 5, 2016, at 8:14:29 PM, 33 seconds later, received REVISED email from President David Palmer.

On October 26, 2016, observed large and full oversized DUMPSTER/DROPBOX in the BONEYARD.

On October 27, 2016, emailed DEQ regarding the BONEYARD.

On November 15, 2016, 19 days later, DEQ inspected the BONEYARD. HEADS-UP!

FAST FORWARD to President David Palmer’s August 2017 message in the Ranch newsletter, he states in part: “The DEQ representative found no problem or wrong doing on the part of the Association.” The Ranch knew we were hot on their trail and had plenty of time to clean things up.

More to the story.
