CRR/BOD WORK SESSION MEETING
Yesterday’s ( 6/01/20), Work Session Meeting was held virtually, via Zoom and was scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM, but due to “some kind of operator error” it started at 10: 30 AM.
All Ranch Directors, with the exception of Director Judy Gilliland participated along with Ranch Manager, Judy Lapora, Ranch Road Department Supervisor, Jordan Jones and Karen Atwood.
Jefferson County Commissioner, Mae Huston also participated via Zoom.
Ranch President, Carl Harbour
followed the AGENDA.

Harbour along with some of the other Directors wanted to push the vote in favor of the new requestor seeking the subject property be rezoned residential. However, Commissioner Huston intervened with a “Point of Order” and asked, can the Board take formal action at a Work Session Meeting? The Motion was tabled until the next Board Meeting.
