BLM MEETING

2/2/18, 6:28 pm

A group of concerned Ranch residents met with BLM OFFICIALS today, including Jeff Kitchens, regarding the Emergency Exit Project Process. Many of the residents concerns and issues were addressed and various options explored.

Some Bullet Points:

No final agreement has been signed.

Ranch contact person is President David Palmer.

BLM was under the impression our group is opposed to the Emergency Exit-Per President David Palmer. Corrected the record and clearly conveyed our support for an Emergency Exit but not the process and add-on items, and there is a lack of consensus for paving.

Concerns over a Public Land Grab.

No contact with Congressman Greg Walden’s Office.

Mr. Kitchens is suggesting Mediation.
