By now you have received your Ranch Water Company ballot in the mail and you have until 10/24 to cast your vote.
There are four candidates vying for the two open seats. Incumbents Beth Gatchell and Nat Russel are being challenged by the Mark Schneider, Kent Inman Team.
Schneider and Inman appear to be running on a platform of “us against them” calling into question their true agenda.
Electing the right person for the job is paramount for the overall well-being of the Ranch residents. Electing the wrong person can be disastrous.
BIAS ALERT
Candidate Mark Schneider’s candidate statement proudly lists his accomplishments that includes his tenure on the Ranch Homeowners Board of Directors for three years.
Ranch Matters knows something about Schneider’s time on the Ranch Board that sheds light on his character, trustworthiness and leadership style or the lack thereof.
It’s important to point out, Schneider, while serving on the Board, used his position vindictively against certain Association members he deemed the enemy. With the assistance of Manager Judy Lapora, he submitted highly confidential/personal information, that included a “hit list” of targeted Ranch residents to a state agency.

Schneider blatantly, willfully and knowingly breached rules governing confidentiality regarding Association members personal information. He attempted to weaponize a state agency for personal gain.
WATER BOARD MEMBERS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES THE HANDLING OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
GIVEN HIS PROPENSITY TO ABUSE HIS POSITIONS OF AUTHORITY-SHOULD HE SERVE AS A WATER COMPANY BOARD MEMBER?
