“I think there’s just a really bad reputation unfortunately that we’re fighting against…”

At last Monday’s (6/19/23), Regular Board Meeting, the Ranch Directors held an interesting and lengthy discussion regarding the Annual Election Application Status related to recruiting volunteers.

VP Ara Erdekian commented on the lack of residents applying for Board positions and Director Sarah Woolverton responded.

VP Erdekian: “I don’t even know how to interrupt this. I don’t know if this means we’re doing a good job that no one is interested stepping in.

.

I don’t know if this means we’re doing a bad job and the onus is on us and that no one even wants to become involved.”

Woolverton: “…I think there’s just a really bad reputation unfortunately that we’re fighting against right now-that’s continuing to be spread. I guess, I’m not sure how to fight against this…”

Erdekian: “How do we change that narrative?”
