On May 28, 2020, we published a story titled, DOES THE ROAD LEAD TO ANTELOPE ? We reported following up on a lead in the Antelope Oregon area that included the execution of a sealed search warrant.

In a March 8, 2021, story, we reported that Troy Ernest Patrick, of Antelope was Indicted on “2 counts of arson 1” for the law office fire. Patrick was officially Indicted by the Jefferson County Grand Jury on February 25, 2021 and like the search warrant, the Indictment has been sealed.

Last April (2021) we reported that the Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ) is involved in the arson investigation and we later learned that DOJ attorney Collin D. Benson, a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Organized Crime Unit is the assigned Special Prosecutor.

Yesterday, Grand Jury Witness, Robert Tally, and his wife Gina Matson, daughter of Troy Patrick met with us for a couple hours.

Mr. Tally reached out to Ranch Matters after reading our story about the Antelope connection. Tally stated this is a “Cut and dry case if you actually just look in to it.” He claims to have what could be described as the backstory and to date hasn’t heard from the DOJ. He added, “Justice is justice and justice needs to be served and people need to be held accountable-even the people in charge.”

According to Troy Patrick’s daughter, Gina, “There are other arson's that need to be investigated...” She added, “There are other things not being looked at that need to be looked at.” When asked if she believed Patrick was involved, she stated, “I know for a fact, I know for a fact...” Gina ended saying, “There’s more to come and I hope you guys take the time and come and interview us again...”
