As part of BLACK HISTORY MONTH

(2/1/23-3/1/23),

The Jefferson County Courthouse has on display a series of panels honoring/celebrating the history of Oregon’s Black Judiciary.

   

As an aside, RM has a personal history with the honorable Judge Ancer Haggerty.

In the ‘70’s he was an attorney & RM's John Stevens was an investigator for the Metropolitan Public Defender’s office in Portland.
