Does the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) have any regulatory control over NonProfits- CRR/HOA?

Short answer yes.
NonProfit businesses fall within the ADA’s jurisdiction and they need to comply with ADA rules especially regarding public accommodations.

Interestingly, there appears to be an ADA rule that addresses digital content and Websites. The US Department of Justice has weighed in and confirmed websites are subject to the ADA.

The CRR Website has been down since November 25 and maybe this is the perfect time to ask if the Ranch Administration is aware of the ADA public accommodation rules that includes the accessibility of website content to ensure compliance.
