At last Monday’s (8/19/19) CRR/BOD MEETING, former Ranch Director Carol Orr attempted to address the Board.
Ranch President Carl Harbour refused to let Ms. Orr speak, told her to put her concerns in writing and then WALKED OUT.
BEEN THERE, DONE THAT
Ms. Orr on 8/12/19, hand delivered a letter addressed to Harbour regarding her concerns
-SHE DID PUT IT IN WRITING.

“ONCE AGAIN, MR. SCHNEIDER IS BECOMING UNHINGED…”
On July 30, 2019, Ranch Matters posted a story titled,
“…IF CAROL RESIGNS FROM THE BOD, I WILL TOO…”
We reported that Ranch Director Mark Schneider asked to join Ranch Matters and we approved him, within minutes, Schneider went on the ATTACK.
Schneider’s reckless comment was not only unprofessional as a Ranch Director, but riddled with inaccuracies. We removed his comment due to its inflammatory/defamatory nature and because it was a personal attack without merit.
RANCH DIRECTOR SCHNEIDER IS BACK AT IT AGAIN.
Today, former Ranch Director Carol Orr contacted us about Director Schneider’s latest attack. She felt compelled to immediately respond to Schneider’s continuing attacks made on the Ranch Matters News Page by writing Ranch President Carl Harbour the following letter:
“I wish to inform you that once again Mr. Schneider is becoming unhinged and spreading lies about me publicly. He was allowed by President Palmer to do whatever the heck he pleased and will continue to do so if you won’t step up and call him out.
He is now accusing me publicly of telling information out of executive sessions (doing my term as Director to John Stevens). He is also saying publicly that I am in “hot water with the County.” I am stating for the record that I have not told information from executive sessions to John Stevens. Furthermore, I have no idea what Schneider’s statement of me being in “hot water with the county” means. I am tired of some of the BOD’s besmirching the names and reputations of Ranch residents whom they either don’t like or disagree with.
If you need proof of Mr. Schneider’s current posts I can send them to you. It also appears he is leaking some executive sessions discussions. If you have been discussing me in executive session, at least have him leak the correct facts.”
At CRR’s last BOD MEETING, President Harbour introduced and read aloud RESOLUTION 2019-08-05-A,
“BOARD MEETING CODE OF CONDUCT.”
The Resolution states in part, “Owners may not complain, insult or make derogatory remarks about individual employees during owner input sessions of Board meetings.”
Schneider’s remarks along with other Directors insults and disparaging statements demonstrates the need for self-policing.
IS IT TIME FOR A RESOLUTION GOVERNING THE CONDUCT OF THE RANCH DIRECTORS?
