Case No: 18 CV 16980

A reliable source has reported that former Ranch President, David Palmer, offered a letter to current Ranch President, Carl Harbour, suggesting the plaintiff’s in this case refused to sit down and talk-Mediate. NOT TRUE.

“WHAT WE HAVE HERE, IS A FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE”

Plaintiff’s documented offers and opportunities to talk-mediate this matter with the former and current Boards have been repeatedly declined and the Ranch Officials would have the Ranch Membership believe otherwise.

On January 22, 2019, the plaintiff’s filed with the Jefferson County Court, a MOTION FOR A SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE, that to date the defendants have IGNORED.

WHY THE MISINFORMATION AND WHY NOT SIT DOWN AND TALK?
