According to the Secretary of the State, the PAC was filed by Under-Sheriff Marc Heckathorn, a resident of Madras, on September 15, 2017. CRR resident Mike Kuykendall is the listed “Alternate Filer.”
There is an ironic aspect regarding their membership.
